Norway Byfjord and Mastrafjord Tunnels

MoJets® were used to refurbish the E39 Byfjord and Mastrafjord Tunnels in the southwest of Norway. In 1992 the Byfjord Tunnel was the world’s longest undersea tunnel, 5,875 meters long and its lowest point is 223 meters below sea level. The Mastrafjord Tunnel is 4,424 meters long and up to 133 meters below sea level.
